On September 6th, 2013 PEI Philippines organized the National Government – Local Government Joint Energy Forum. The objective of the forum was to inform Local Government Units (LGUs) on developments in the energy sector and discuss the opportunities for sustainable business development that benefit the host communities. Participants included LGUs, the private sector, selected government agencies, development partners and the civil society.
